Same-day visit requests include an additional $5 fee per visit.

Additional fees will apply for extra pets, weekend visits, and holiday appointments. Services are intended for cats and dogs only. Other pets or animal types must be approved prior to booking.

Cancellations

• Daily dog walking: 24-hour notice required

• Overnight care: 48-hour notice required

• Vacation care: 12‑hour notice is required for any changes once vacation care has begun

• Same-day cancellations will be charged in full
  (Exceptions made for vet appointments or pet illness — our fur babies need sick days too!)
